If I could give DevonFresh 7 stars I would.  My elderly parents caught Covid flying back from seeing my sister for holidays. Despite being boosted  - they were feeling low with cough and aches. So I sorted out an online delivery fir them from Devon Fresh. Unfortunately because I live in Australia ( and was on Kangaroo Island) the system thought something dodgy was going on and blocked my cards as a precaution. It was past 10pm here so I couldn’t call them and had wait til morning. This meant I would miss my weekend delivery cut off until Monday. I emailed DevonFresh explaining what the situation was - they were fantastic. Prompt emails from Nikki & Abbi to help me advising me to call when I’d sorted it . My order was still there. I organised bank - called Devon Fresh who knew exactly why I was calling and made payment over phone. So friendly and understanding during these difficult times - Nikki delivered their groceries personally on Saturday. My Mum was in tears with gratitude. Devon fresh have been an essential lifeline to me during COVID-19 as I have been shiedling. The fruit and veg is fantastic quality and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Waking up to a box of their fabulous produce makes my week.

I have been using Devon fresh since lockdown. Except for 1 soft parsnip I have been really pleased with the quality of their delivery boxes. Polite staff. They deliver eggs, milk, cheese, bread, butter and tea etc. I will continue to use them as long as they do delivery boxes. Thank you.

I discovered Devon Fresh at the beginning of lockdown and have had a weekly order ever since. The produce is really fresh, vegetable and fruit and the eggs are amazing, better than I usually get at the supermarket.
